Far Far West Co-Op Chaos — Piano Emotes, Meat Horse Jokers, and Rubber Duck Boots

A post-TwitchCon Far Far West run where the crew discovers the full piano emote, the Meat Horse Joker, rubber duck walking, and cast fireballs instead of melting gold. Pure co-op chaos.
The gang is back from TwitchCon and immediately loading into Far Far West to unwind. Sit-on-your-own-testicles stories, harmonica pianos in the saloon, and a Kamikaze cactus that ruined the boss fight. Just another day at the ranch.

The Saloon Discoveries
Before the mission even started, the saloon delivered some absolute gold.
The Piano Emote

"The WHOLE PIANO is an emote?!"
Yes. The saloon piano is a full emote — you can walk up, sit down, and start playing. Even better: you can pick up harmonicas and guitars around the saloon and join in for an actual band jam session. Some of the best passive content in the game.
The Talking Carrot Bounty Hunter
"You can talk to a carrot. There's a carrot that's a bounty hunter up here."
"You know, I'm something of a vegetable myself."
There's a random NPC that's just a carrot. It's a bounty hunter. This is what indie devs cook.
The Rubber Duck Boots

Somebody in the run picked up Walking Makes Rubber Duck Noises:
"Oh my god, this squeaking is going to do my head in."
Every single step. Squeak. For an entire mission. This is what Joker Cards do to a squad. Two players got the same one at the same time. It was 30+ minutes of relentless squeaking.
The Flying Train Intro

Every mission opens with the hover train dropping you into the map. This time triggered a Chrono Trigger reference:
"Lowkey Chrono going on here."
"Jake, is that turning you on?"
"God, he's got the undercarriage shot. Flipping hell, it's getting hot in here."
The devs did NOT need to make the train animation this cinematic. But they did.
The Attempted Gold Melt (That Was Actually Fireballs)

Classic Far Far West cooking:
"I was trying to melt the gold. You just CAST FIREBALLS."
"OW."
Somebody equipped a spell without realizing what it was. Tried to melt gold ore. Instead, cast fireball on themselves. This is Far Far West co-op in a nutshell.
Dynamite Physics With Friends

"There's dynamite here. Stay up there. Stay up there. Okay, you've already come down."
"Hang on, cuz you said after falling."
"Can we just throw it in?"
"Throw it UP HERE. DON'T LIGHT IT FIRST, YOU [__]"
The Nitro Cannon objective requires two players coordinating dynamite placement. It went about as well as you'd expect.
The Iron Giant Reveal
The Giant Joker's icon reveal caused universal recognition:
"The icon for the Giant power-up is the Iron Giant from... well, the Iron Giant."
"Great movie that."
"Yeah, I cried."
"I think most people with a soul have."
Confirmed: devs put the Iron Giant as the Giant Joker icon. This is a cultured team.
The TwitchCon Story (WARNING: Cursed)
The real gold of the video came off-camera:
"The most important part of the whole trip: Alex sat on his own balls."
The story:
- Alex's shorts rode up so far when he sat down
- Both testicles + shaft became "one massive bulge coming out from his trousers"
- Nick and another player had "front row seats"
- Twitch chat's new nickname for Alex: The Bulge
This is the level of content you sign up for with this group.
The Mission — Falls Apart Immediately

Once actually playing, key moments:
- Cath revived, immediately died again, gets called useless by both a Joker card AND teammate
- "I have NO BULLETS." "YOU DON'T NEED BULLETS TO REVIVE." (Classic newbie mistake reactions)
- Alex is 3km from the objective at all times
- "Meat Horse" Joker discovered — everyone loses it at the name
The Meat Horse Discovery
"I just read Mount Horse's meat horse."
"Meat Horse. Press X to Meet Horse Tesco."
Meat Horse is now the greatest Joker name in the game. Nothing else matters.
Mid-Mission Reflections

Between fights, the crew broke down:
- TwitchCon post-mortem — "how unprofessional and unorganized we are"
- Talking about the 10% chocolate nugget drop card ("I want my nuggets")
- Reading the "10% chance for enemies to drop one nugget" card and misreading it as chocolate
The game becomes a background loop while the friend group's actual chat is the main content.
Boss Fight Chaos

Standard boss fight commentary:
- "Shitty shitty titties, tits."
- "Another thing from Gary."
- "Hey, maybe we can get a sponsor from a toilet paper company."
- Gary confirms he's ready to sponsor them.
If there was ever a boss fight to describe as "endearingly incoherent" this is it.
The Ending

Extracted (somehow). Everyone alive (barely). Massive dust cloud of Joker card memes, bulge stories, and unhinged laughter.
"So yeah, that was fun."
Highlight Reel
| Moment | Why It's Great |
|---|---|
| Piano emote | Full band jam in the saloon |
| Carrot bounty hunter | Vegetable NPCs |
| Iron Giant Joker icon | Cultured dev choice |
| Rubber Duck walking | Squeak city for 30+ minutes |
| Meat Horse Joker | Best name in the game |
| "The Bulge" TwitchCon story | Peak group chat energy |
| Fireball instead of gold melt | Wrong spell equipped, self-damage |
| 10% Chocolate Nugget | Actually just called Nugget |
Why Co-Op Is The Real Endgame
If you've been playing Far Far West solo optimizing builds, this is the other half of the game. The mechanical depth is real, but the emotional highs come from:
- Discovering weird Joker cards together
- Failing hilariously at objectives
- The saloon minigames (darts, piano, carrot conversations)
- The absolute chaos of 4 players not being on the same page ever
Grab your friends, don't optimize anything, and just see what happens.
