Far Far West: All Secret Missions & Medallion Locations Guide

Complete walkthrough of all 6 secret missions in Far Far West, including the canyon medallion locations, bell shots, cactus day, shroom grave, snowman, and Area 41 jokers.
Far Far West currently has six different secret missions for us to complete - one for each map, with the exception of the jungle and the hellfire. Each one rewards a weapon joker (except Far Far North, which gives a skin instead). This guide walks through every mission, including all four canyon medallion locations, so you can knock them out fast.
Mission 1 - Far West Map: The Great Bell
Near the southeast part of the Far West map, you'll find a church with a character called the Church Keeper. On top of the church is a tower, and on top of the tower is the Great Bell. To restore it, you need to find three different sets of bells around the map and complete their mini-games.

Here are the bell locations on the map. Take a screenshot or pause if it helps.

At each bell, interact with the bell on the floor - it spawns bells in a specific order, and you have to shoot them in that order. Mess up? Just interact with the floor bell again to replay the sequence. After completing all three, return to the church and interact with the Great Bell to earn the Bell Shot Joker.
This is a green-rarity weapon joker with a 5% chance per joker to spawn a bell above your enemy. Shoot the bell and you heal for 20 health. Honestly the best joker out of all the secret missions.
Mission 2 - Canyon Map: The 4 Medallions
A little south of the center of the canyon map, you'll find a cave with four slots for medallions.

The first medallion is right here on a dead body - the Sheriff. The other three need to be hunted down. Here are all the locations:

Medallion 1 - Sheriff's Body
Grab it from the dead Sheriff right at the cave.
Medallion 2 - East Side (Shovel Dig)
Underneath a bridge on the east side, you'll find shovels. Pick one up and look for mounds with a few rocks on top - they look like someone buried something. Walk up and press the dig button (mouse one for me). Keep digging different mounds until the medallion shows up. Bones can pop up too, so just keep going.

In my runs the medallion spawned on the same exact spot both times, so it might be fixed. Either way, dig around and you'll find it.
Medallion 3 - North Side (Dynamite Rocks)
On the north side, you'll see red glowing rocks - those need to be blown up with dynamite. Pick up the dynamites on the left side, light them, and throw them at the rocks. Keep going deep enough and you'll find Bobby's Medallion of Luck.

Medallion 4 - West Side (Shooting Targets)
The west-side spot is a dark area where you need to shoot 10 sets of targets. They're always in the same exact location. Once all 10 are hit, a safe opens up holding the final medallion.

After grabbing all four medallions, return to the cave and insert them. The cave opens up with a pile of gold and a legendary Elder Pick that lets you mine extremely fast (this can be repeated across multiple runs if you're short on gold).

The reward is the Pick Joker - 5% spawn rate per joker to drop a pickaxe that deals damage over time, basically a bleed effect. Solid extra DPS on automatic weapons and against bosses.
Mission 3 - Desert Map: Cactus Day
This one is simple but a lot of work. There are 12 cactuses scattered across the desert: six children (sons and daughters) and six parents. You have to grab the small cactuses and return each one to its correct parent.
If you go in blind, every cactus will hint at where to find its match. To save time, here's the cheat sheet - X marks the children, circles mark the parents, and matching colors show who belongs to who:

Turn all the kids in to earn the Cactus Day Joker - 3% chance to spawn an explosive mine where an enemy died. Pretty decent for AoE clear, especially since the mines reset a few times instead of exploding once and disappearing.
Mission 4 - Woodlands Map: Shroom Grave
In a big cave near the center of the Woodlands map (slightly east), you'll find a stone with a map showing a sequence of numbers. The numbers tell you which order to visit seven mushroom spots around the map's edges.

Start at the southeast mushroom and go clockwise around the edges of the map until you've touched all seven in order. Then return to the rock and interact with it.
Reward: the Shroom Grave Joker - 10% chance on kill to spawn a shroom that heals you for 10 health. The catch: it gives you a buzz that messes with your vision for a while. Honestly, the Bell Shot Joker is just better, though it requires weak-spot hits to trigger.
Mission 5 - Far Far North Map: The Snowman
Near the north side of the Far Far North map, inside a cave, you'll find a snowman that needs to be rebuilt. The parts are scattered across three locations on the map.

You'll find the body, chest, and head at the marked spots. Each one has to be rolled all the way back to the cave. Two are pretty close, but the bottom part is a long trek.
Be careful - body parts can get stuck on trees and brick the mission. Stick to clear paths back to the cave.
Reward: the Carabao Skin instead of a joker this time.
Mission 6 - Area 41: The Monoliths
You may have noticed weird alien-like monoliths during your runs that don't seem to do anything. They're for the Area 41 secret mission.

When you interact with the monolith on Area 41, it tells you: the frontier, the sand, the cliffs, and the trees each hold one of the keys. That's just the order you need to enter the symbols:
| Order | Hint | Map |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Frontier | Far West |
| 2 | Sand | Desert |
| 3 | Cliffs | Canyon |
| 4 | Trees | Woodlands |
Take screenshots of each map's monolith symbol, return to Area 41, and enter them in that order. Hit the button to complete the mission.
Reward: the Anti-Gravity Falls Joker - 2% chance on enemy death to spawn big blue anti-gravity balls that float you upwards. Doesn't really help in combat, and the impulse grenade does the same thing better. Cool but not super useful.
All Rewards at a Glance
| Mission | Map | Reward | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Great Bell | Far West | Bell Shot Joker | 5% - bell heals 20 HP when shot |
| Medallions | Canyon | Pick Joker | 5% - bleed pickaxe DoT |
| Cactus Day | Desert | Cactus Day Joker | 3% - explosive mine on kill |
| Shroom Grave | Woodlands | Shroom Grave Joker | 10% - heal 10 HP, vision buzz |
| Snowman | Far Far North | Carabao Skin | Cosmetic |
| Monoliths | Area 41 | Anti-Gravity Falls Joker | 2% - anti-gravity balls on kill |
Completing all six earns you five jokers (some of the only green-tier weapon jokers in the game) plus the carabao skin. Worth running through at least once.
